Overview
In interpersonal interaction, episodic memory is divided into two subtypes: source memory (memory for the match between inputted information and its sources) and destination memory (i.e., memory for the association between outputted information and its destinations). Previous research only looked at source memory for collaboration and dishonesty and ignored destination memory. An event-related potential (ERP) experiment was used in the present investigation to investigate destination memory.
